3/FOIL SAFET Y AND USER GUIDELINES
Kite foiling is a dangerous activity and should be treated with caution. Airush strongly recommends
attending a kitefoil lesson at a recommended Airush Kite School for first time hydrofoil users.
Use caution when transporting your foil, both for the safety of yourself and others and for the longevity
of your equipment.
Use extreme caution when placing your foil and foil board on the beach, specifically once assembled, as
these can be a danger to other kiters and beach users.
Be extremely aware of water users when in the water, be sure to avoid submerged or semi submerged
water users such as swimmers and surfers.
Always use a helmet and an impact vest and the use of protective shoes is recommended.
Always wear additional protective equipment appropriate for the environment and conditions in which you
are using your foil and your foil board.
Never use a board leash when foiling.
