k) The unit is not a toy. Cleaning and maintenance must not be performed by
children without adult supervision.
l) Do not tamper with the unit to alter its performance or design.
m) Keep the unit away from sources of fire and heat.
n) Do not use the unit outside of water.
o) Do not use the pump in winter or at low temperatures. Ice or frozen silt can
damage the pump.
p) The water tank in which the pump will be installed should not contain stones
or other objects that may damage the filter or pump.
q) The pump should be fully submerged during use.
r) Do not leave the non-operating pump in the water tank for an extended period
of time to avoid silt buildup.
s) Do not operate the unit without the filter installed.
