CAMSET5N2 – 2-CHANNEL B/W CAR REVERSING SYSTEM + CAMERA
1. Introduction
Thank you for buying the CAMSET5N2! Please read the manual thoroughly before bringing this device into service.
Make sure that the device was not damaged in transit. If the device is damaged, you should contact your dealer.
Verify if you have received all components:
• a waterproof camera with protection shield
• a 5" B/W monitor with sun shield
• mounting brackets with screws and washers and for both camera and monitor
• power cables
• a 4-pin connection cable
• a manual
2. Safety Warnings
• Connect the device to a 12Vdc power source only.
• Keep the monitor away from rain or moisture and heat sources. Make sure it is sufficiently ventilated.
• Make sure no object or liquid enters the device through a ventilation hole or other opening.
• Put the monitor on a flat, level surface.
• Do not open the housing of any of the 2 units. Have a qualified person maintain or repair the system.
• User modifications to the system may result in fire or electroshock and automatically void the warranty.
• WARNING: the CAMSET5N2 is to be used with, not in stead of, other viewing aids in the vehicle such as rear view
mirrors. Defensive driving and alertness are prerequisites for your safety. The manufacturer shall not be held liable
for any accidents that may occur while operating this system.
• FCC NOTIFICATION: This device is compliant with Part 15 of the FCC rules. Operation of the CAMSET5N2 is
subject to these 2 conditions: 1. the device may not cause harmful interference and 2. The device must accept any
received interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
3. Assembly, Connections and Controls
a. Camera
1. camera with protection cap
2. mounting bracket
3. female 4-pin mini DIN plug
4. connection cable male 4-pin mini DIN plug
5. washer
6. spring washer
7. screw
• Mount the bracket (fig. 1 #2) at the location where you want to install the camera.
• Fit the camera to the bracket using the supplied washers, spring washers and screws (fig. 1 #5, 6, 7).
• Rotate the camera to the desired position and fasten the screws fig. 1 #5.
• Drill a cable entry hole through the surface just below the mounting bracket.
• Pull the cable through the hole and connect it to the connection cable. Seal the cable hole with some silicone to
keep rain and moisture out. Run the extension cable to the monitor position.

MAAK GEEN AANSLUITINGEN TERWIJL DE MONITOR AANLIGT!! 1. Sluit de camera aan op de CAM A-ingang (fig. 3 #2). Hierdoor zal de CAMSET5N2 automatisch worden aangezet als het voertuig in achteruit wordt geschakeld (monitor en camera worden aangeschakeld ; de afdekkap van de camera gaat van voor de lens). -

N'ETABLISSEZ PAS DE CONNEXIONS PENDANT QUE LE MONITEUR EST ALLUME!! 1. Connectez la camera à l'entrée CAM A (fig. 3 #2). Ceci causera le CAMSET5N2 à être activé automatiquement quand la voiture est mise en marche arrière (moniteur et caméra sont allumés ; couvercle de la caméra est levé).
