8. TROUBLESHOOTING
Please check the following table when a problem occurs.
Power
System does not turn on or does not
respond to the remote control.
Remote control
No functions or short range.
Pairing the product
Cannot pair successfully.
Cannot play properly, the music plays
intermittently
The sound is distorted
9. PRODUCT MAINTENANCE
Disconnect the speaker tower from the power source when cleaning.
Please keep the speaker dry and don't place it near rain, humidity or any other liquid. These will damage the speaker. If the speaker
is wet, please use it when it's completely dried.
Don't wash the speaker with strong chemicals, cleaner, detergent etc.
Please don't use the speaker in dusty or dirty places, it may damage the removable parts and electronic components.
Don't place the speaker in high temperature places, high temperatures will shorten the device usage life, damage the battery and
the case.
Don't store the speaker in low temperature places, when speaker temperature arises to normal temperature, humidity will be
present into the inner parts of the speaker and it will damage the internal components.
If in the future you need at any time to discard this product, please note that electrical products should not be thrown
away with regular garbage. Please place this product in the recycling bins or go to designated recycling areas. Check
with your local authority or the retailer which is the best recycling process.

Problem
Solution
-Make sure AC power plug is connected to the wall socket
outlet properly and it has power.
-If this does not help, leave the unit unplugged before
seeking advice.
-Insert a new battery.
-Aim the remote control directly towards the remote sensor
located in the center of the speaker.
-Check whether the speaker is in Off or searching mode.
-Check whether there are other Bluetooth receivers around
your Bluetooth device. Turn them off to avoid any
disturbance. Attempt to pair again.
-You can click on "Forget this device" and then re-pair it
again if required. Search for "AVENZO AV6051" on the
Bluetooth device and pair it again.
Check whether the distance between the speaker and your
Bluetooth device is out of its working distance (10 meters),
or whether there are some obstacles blocking the
communication between the speaker and the Bluetooth
device. Move the speaker or the Bluetooth device to get the
best reception.
Check the volume setting on both the speaker and your
Bluetooth device and adjust the volume to a suitable level.
