Possible Problem
The beer is foamy upon
pouring.
The beer is cloudy and
hazy upon pouring.

Possible Cause
The tap handle is not being fully
pulled.
The beer is warm.
There is excessive CO₂ pressure.
The beer lines are old.
The tap is clogged.
The temperature is too low, resulting in
chill haze.
The keg has something warm on it.
The tap handle is not being fully
pulled.
The glasses that beer is being poured
into are greasy.
There is not enough CO₂ pressure.
The beer line or tap is dirty.
The gas lines are dirty.
The beer is old.
Troubleshooting
Solutions
Fully pull back on the tap handle.
Allow the kegs to sit in the
kegerator for at least 24 hours.
Lower and adjust the CO₂
pressure to between 10-12 PSI.
Either replace the beer lines or
clean the beer line.
Clean the tap.
Increase the temperature of the
kegerator.
Remove any item that is not cold
from the keg.
Fully pull back on the tap handle.
Wash the glasses thoroughly after
each use and allow to air dry. Do
not dry wipe.
Refill the CO₂ tank if empty.
Check the CO₂ tank valve,
making sure it is open. Check
for obstructions in the gas lines.
Check the shutoff valve from the
regulator, making sure it is fully
open. If the PSI is too low, raise
the CO₂ pressure to between 10-
12 PSI.
Clean the beer line and tap
with the beer line cleaning kit,
PRKCLN-001.
Replace the gas lines if they
appear contaminated.
Replace the keg with fresh beer.
