Product usage
Heating up the oil
Insert the frying basket and close the lid.
Slide the button to unlock the handle and carefully move it into a horizontal position.
Note: Lightly grease the inside of the inspection window to prevent it from steaming
up.
Connect the power plug to a suitable mains socket.
Move the knob to the desired temperature.
Select the desired temperature via the temperature knob and wait for the fryer to heat
up. The WORKING indicator will light up.
Please note: The required frying time and temperature depend on the type and
characteristics of the food to be fried (e.g. size and weight). Please also read the
instructions printed on the packaging of frozen foods.
Frying food
Pull the frying basket upwards until it locks in a horizontal position.
Press the lid release button to open the lid.
Place the pre-prepared food in the frying basket.
Please note:
•
The food to be fried must be completely submerged in oil or fat, in order to
be cooked evenly.
•
Make sure that the food to be fried is dry, as this will prevent the oil/fat from
splashing or foaming. Dab and pat dry any wet food with some kitchen roll,
and remove ice from frozen food.
