EYEWASH STAND
Back Leg x 1
1. Align middle holes of the back leg with holes of the
back brace. (See Figure 1)
NOTE: Flat panel of the back brace should
face the same direction as mounting plate.
2. Align the holes of the front leg with holes of the back
brace and back leg. (See Figure 1)

1¾" Cross Head Bolt x 9
Washer x 11
ASSEMBLY
3. Secure the back brace, back leg and front leg by
using a 3/" carriage bolt, washer and lock nut.
Repeat for opposite side. Do not over tighten.
(See Figure 2)
