– Montageflächen und Gewinde müssen sauber, grat- und lackfrei sein.
– Gewinde und Schrauben müssen mit stoffschlüssiger Schraubenlosdrehsicherung gesichert werden.
– Im Ersatzfall Gewinde nachschneiden und neue Schrauben mit stoffschlüssiger Losdrehsicherung verwenden!
– Auf Kabelabstützung und Kabelbeschädigung achten.
– Drehende Teile sind nach erfolgtem Anbau gegen unbeabsichtigtes Berühren im Betrieb ausreichend zu schützen (EN 60 529).
– Zur Prüfung des Anbaus kann das Prüfwerkzeug PWW verwendet werden.
– The mounting surfaces and threads must be clean and free of burrs and paint.
– Threads and screws are to be secured with materially bonding thread-locking fluid.
– In case of replacement, recut the threads and use new screws with materially bonding anti-rotation lock.
– Pay attention to cable support and cable damage.
– After encoder installation, all rotating parts must be protected against accidental contact during operation (EN 60 529).
– The PWW testing tool can be used to inspect for proper mounting.
– Les surfaces de montage et les filetages doivent être propres et exempts de bavures et de peinture.
– Les surfaces de filetage et les vis doivent être recouvertes de frein de filet.
– En cas de remplacement, réusiner le filetage et utiliser de nouvelles vis avec frein de filet!
– Veiller au support de câbles et veiller à ce que les câbles ne soient pas endommagés.
– A la fin du montage, toutes les pièces rotatives doivent être suffisamment protégées contre tout risque de contact accidentel
en cours de fonctionnement (EN 60 529).
– Utiliser l'outil de contrôle PWW pour vérifier le montage.

– Roscas y tornillos deben estar asegurados con seguro anti-giro por adhesión.
– ¡En caso de repuesto, repasar la rosca y utilizar tornillos nuevos con seguro anti-giro por adhesión.
– Tener en cuenta el apuntalamiento del cable y posibles daños
– Una vez realizado el montaje, las piezas giratorias deben protegerse suficientemente durante el funcionamiento ante golpes o
roces no previstos (EN 60529).
– Utilizar la herramienta de verificación PWW para comprobar el montaje.
