    CUCINOTTA – CUCINOTTA Forno DESCRIZIONE TECNICA Le cucine a fuoco continuo de La Nordica si addicono a cucinare sulla piastra e a riscaldare spazi abitativi. Come combustibili vengono utilizzati ceppi di legna o bricchi di carbone marrone ( lignite ).

    CUCINOTTA – CUCINOTTA Forno La cucina deve funzionare esclusivamente con il cassetto cenere inserito. I residui solidi della combustione (ceneri) devono essere raccolti in un contenitore ermetico e resistente al fuoco. La cucina non deve mai essere accesa in presenza di emissioni gassose o vapori (per esempio colla per linoleum, benzina ecc.).

    11. FUNZIONE COTTURA ALLA GRIGLIA (OPTIONAL) Con la cucina Cucinotta è possibile effettuare la cottura dei cibi alla griglia. Una volta pronte le braci, bisogna tenere aperto la porta del focolare, posizionate il riparo in lamiera (CAPPA ESTERNA) come mostrato in Figura 9 e sistemate la griglia di cottura (GRIGLIANDOLA) all’interno del focolare.

    CUCINOTTA – CUCINOTTA Forno TECHNISCHE BESCHREIBUNG Die Dauerbrandherde von La Nordica eignen sich zum Kochen auf der Herdplatte und zum Heizen von Wohnräumen. Der Dauerbrandherd besteht aus emaillierten und verzinkten Stahlblechplatten und emailliertem Gusseisen (Türen, Vorderfront und Rahmen der Kochfläche).

    14.3. REINIGUNG DES ASCHEKASTENS Alle Kaminöfen und Herde der Marke LA NORDICA besitzen einen Feuerrost und eine Aschenlade. Wir raten Ihnen, die Aschelade regelmäßig zu entleeren und zu vermeiden, dass sie vollständig befüllt wird, um den Rost nicht zu überhitzen. Außerdem empfehlen wir, immer 3-4 cm Asche im Feuerraum zu lassen.
