Problem

WARNING!
Before storing the appliance, unplug it from the wall
socket and allow it to cool completely.
• If you do not plan to use the appliance for a long time, we
recommend that you clean it and then store it in its original
packaging in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight,
excessive dirt and dust, and out of the reach of children or pets.
Possible cause
• The steamer has not
preheated.
• The container is too
large and not the
correct shape.
• The wrong type of
milk is used.

Solution
• Press the steam button to activate the
steamer and wait until it stops flashing
and lights up steadily on the control
panel.
• Use a tall, narrow jug.
• Use whole or semi-skimmed milk.
