GENERAL SAfETY WARNINGS fOR USING THE TOOL

CAUTION!
Read all warnings and all the instructions. Failure to follow the warnings
and instructions could lead to the risk of electric shock, fire or serious injury.

The term "power tool" in the warnings refers to power tools operated by connection
to the electrical power supply (by a cord) or battery operated (cordless).
1. Work area safety
a) Keep the work area clean and well-lit. Encumbered or poorly lit areas could
lead to accidents.
b) Do not use tools in explosive atmospheres, for example near flammable liq-
uids, gasses or dust. Power tools create sparks that can ignite dust or fumes.
c) Always keep small children and passers-by at a safe distance when using a
power tool. Distractions could lead to the user losing control of the tool.
2. Electrical safety
a) The plug of the electric tool must fit the socket. Never make any kind of alter-
ation to the plug. Do not use adapters with power tools that have an earth or
ground connection. Unmodified plugs and the correct sockets reduce the risk
of electric shock.
b) Do not allow the body to come into contact with surfaces connected to an
earth or ground such as pipes, radiators, stoves and refrigerators. If your body
is earthed or grounded, the risk of electric shock is increased.
c) Do not expose tools to rain. Do not use tools in humid environments.Water
ingress in a power tool increases the risk of electric shock.
d) Do not mistreat the cord. Never use the cord to carry, pull or disconnect the
electric tool from the wall socket. Keep the cord away from heat, oil, sharp
edges or moving parts. Damaged or tangled cords increase the risk of electric
shock.
e) When using a electric tool outdoors, use an extension cable suitable for out-
door use. Using an appropriate cable reduces the risk of electric shock.
f) If it is not possible to avoid using an electric tool in a damp place, use a pow-
er source protected by a differential switch (RCD). Using a differential switch
(RCD) reduces the risk of electric shock. note: the term "differential switch
(RCD)" can be replaced by the term "Ground fault Circuit interrupter (GfCi)" or
an "earth leakage Circuit breaker (elCb)".
