Fitting kit
- 2 BHC Ø5×15 screws.
- 2 Ø5 rubber washers.
- 2 Ø6 nylock nuts.
- 2 M5 threaded fasteners.
- 2 beleved spacers.
Assembly
1. Remove the saddle, the passenger's handles and the rear seat unit; disconnect the indicators and
the plate lighting, then the original number plate support.
2. Remove the original undertray and cut it as indicated on photo n°2.
3. Replace it by fixing on the frame using the original screws and the furnished nylock nuts.
4. Replace the rear seat unit, the passenger's handles, then place our undertray, fix it on the side using
the provided threaded fasteners (fitted first on the rear shell's brackets) and the BHC Ø5×15
screws.
5. Connect the indicators and the plate lighting.
6. If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
* The "Ermax" mudguard and undertray are compatible.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed to withstand high pressure washing which can damage them.
* According to the technical data of our paintwork suppliers, we advise waiting one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories fitted on the motorcycle, modified, or damaged through poor assembly or an incompatibility with other parts (tyres, exhaust systems, silencers, etc) will no longer be
considered as new and cannot be returned or exchanged under warranty.
* "Dunlop D 207" and "Michelin Pilot Power" tyres, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear fender for tyres of origin in the standard dimensions.
