IV - MOUNTING OF STRIKE (Fig. 1-2 + 7)
After control of dimension (Y), Fig. 9 + 10, fix the strike (10) with notched plates (11)
A = STRIKE : fix strike (10) on frame at 2 mm of the door respecting a 3 mm slack between the strike and the exter-
nal housing.
B = STRIKE + SHIM A: Fix strike (10) with shim A (16) on frame and set as for strike alone
C = STRIKE + SHIM B: Fix strike B (24) on frame with 3 screws Ø 6 then strike (10) on shim and set as strike alone.
V - CONTROL OF ADJUSTEMENTS, DOOR CLOSED (Fig. 11)
Check distance between top of strike and top of external housing (1) Dimension (X) according to following formula:
A: without strike shim: X = D + 3 mm
B: with strike shim
: X = (D + 3 mm) minus height of shim Z
