Montage :
- Déposer les feux (3 vis par la trappe dans le coffre).
- Déposer le pare chocs (3 vis sous chaque aile, 2 vis dessous de chaque côté, 2 vis sous les feux
3 vis dessous).
- Déposer le renfort de pare chocs (ne sera pas remonté), sans décoller les obturateurs en mousse.
- Monter les tôles d'étanchéïté à laide des écrous du renfort de pare chocs.
- A gauche, retiter le bouchon rond plastique (à l'exterireur) ou le bloc aération pour accéder à la 1 ére vis.
- Sur l'entrée du longeron gauche, rabattre la languette en tôle.
- Inciser les 2 obturateurs en mousse avec un cutter au droit du passage des bras.
- Présenter et immoboliser sans serrer les bras droit et gauche.
- Positionner et immobiliser la traverse.
- Bloquer toute la visserie (voir tableau des couples de serrage).
- Passer et raccorder le faisceau électrique.
Remonter les éléments précédemment démontés.
Nota: Le remontage du pare chocs peut necessiter une légére découpe de la pate inférieure centrale
de fixation du pare chocs
Fitting of the bar :
- Remove the lights (3 screws through the hatch in the trunk).
- Remove the bumper (3 screws under each wing, 2 screws underneath each side, 2 screws under the light,
3 screws below).
- Remove the bumper reinforcement (will not be reassembled) without taking off the shutters foam.
- Fit the sealing plate with nuts of bumper reinforcement.
- On the left, remove the plastic cap round (to the outside) or block ventilation to access the 1st screws.
- At the entrance of the left side member, fold the tab sheet.
- Cut into 2 shutters foam with a cutter for the passage of arms.
- Present and hold loosely the right and left arm.
- Position and secure the tow bar.
- Tighten all screws according to the torque table.
- Using a product as silicone, seal the passages of arms in the foam plugs. Reassemble the previously
removed items.
Note: Reassembling the bumper may require a small cut in the lower central dough fixing the bumper
