WARNING

- If you rub your wing on the ground, you wear the fabric and it can break.
- If your wing gets caught in the waves, it will deteriorate and/or explode.
If you fall violently on the water with your wing, it can explode: have the reflex

to let go of your wing when falling.
- If you overinflate your wing and/or leave it in the sun, it may explode on the beach or
in use. Do not rely on the pressure gauge and follow step 4 on page 33.
- If you pull hard on the wing's leash, you can tear the leading edge.
- I f you make contact with your foil or fins on the wing, you will tear it.
- I f you carry your board with the foil on the same side as the wing, the risk is high you'll
pierce it with the stab or the front wing of your foil.
- I f you do not completely unroll your wing to inflate it, it may explode.
- I f you deflate and fold your wing on a sharp surface (brambles, etc.), the risk is high
you'll pierce your wing.
- I f you hang your wing to dry or shake it when deflated, the bladder can move in the
sheath and cause a fold, potentially causing hernia/explosion during the next inflation.
Above all, do not overinflate your wing. The manometer is only an indicator.

Please note that the larger your wing, the less pressure it requires to obtain the

same rigidity: a wing with a large leading edge will require much less pressure
than a wing with a small leading edge to obtain the same rigidity.
BUT... WINGS CAN BE FIXED!
- If your central strut or leading edge is punctured, you can replace it by ordering
a new bladder on our website GONG-GALAXY.com
- If the fabric of your wing is damaged, you can have it repaired by a sailmaker.
To be light and pleasant in navigation, your wing must imperatively
be designed from light and thin materials. It is therefore a material
that must be used with care!
The GONG wings are not more fragile than any other wing: on the
contrary!
