1.
Remove the battery earth cable.
Remove the cover of the fusebox at the lefthand side underneath the bonnet. Open the panel of the fusebox in the
bottom at the driver's side.
2.
Lead the wiring harness from the socket underneath the vehicle in the bonnet.
(Careful. Hot exhaust!)
Tie the wiring harness with the supplied wire ties to the original wiring harness of the vehicle.
The wires are connected as indicated:
Trailer lighting:
Left turn signal
Rear fog light
Earth
Right turn signal
Right taillight
Brake lights
Left taillight
Mount the socket to the towbar.
3.
Fit the ringtongue with the white wire at the lefthand side in the back underneath the vehicle to chassis earth.
4.
In the fusebox in the bonnet a prepared plug for a towbar wiring harness is located.
Connect the grey connector of the wiring harness with the blue, red, green, yellow, black and brown wire with this plug.
5.
Fit the supplied 15 amp. fuse for the rear foglight in the right position in the fusebox in the bottom at the driver's side.
6.
Reconnect the battery and check all electric functions, with trailer/caravan connected.
Reinstall disassembled parts.
