7. WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Your OSO product is guaranteed free from material or production faults.
We are proud of our products and offer the best warranty conditions on the market.
Your basic OSO warranty covers the product and replacement cost of the pressure tank

for 5 years from the date of purchase, provided that the product:

Is easily accessible in the home for servicing and maintenance.
Has been installed according to the fitting instructions, and the safety instructions have been

followed.
Has not been connected to a drinking water supply with a chlorine content of over 50
mg/L. At levels over 50 mg/l, the anode should be fitted before filling with water.
Has not been exposed to frost, over-pressure, over-voltage or chlorine treatment.
Has not been modified, changed or exposed to external or abnormal effects.
Your extended OSO warranty covers the product cost of the pressure tank for 10 years

from the date of purchase, provided that the product also:

Has been bought from, and installed by, an authorised installer/plumber.
Replacement components are guaranteed free from material and production faults for 2

years from the date of purchase, provided that the product:
Has not been connected to a drinking water supply with a lime content of over 35 mg/L
(5°dH).

7.1 Customer service

8. REMOVING THE PRODUCT

8.1 Removal

A) Disconnect the power supply.
B) Shut off incoming cold water supply.
C) Empty the product of water – see section
4.4.
D) Disconnect all pipes.
E) The product can now be removed.

8.2 Returns scheme

This product is recyclable and should be taken
to the environmental recycling centre. If the
product is to be replaced with a new one, the
installer can take the old cylinder away for re-
cycling.
