Fit the fixed pulley, washer and nut in
same position as the original variator.
Before refitting the fixed pulley check
that the belt is detensioned.

Before tightening the nut, secure the
fixed pulley with the special tool.

Tighten the nut with the torque wrench,
while holding the fixed pulley
tool.

Before tightening the nut make sure the
belt has no tension.

Adjust the torque wrench at the right
torque before tightening the nut. You have
the entire torque setting list in the
manufacturer's instructions or at the end
of the service manual.

Install the cover that protects
automatic transmission system.
