y Warning: To prevent ignition of a hazardous atmosphere, the XPR-5562 must only be
charged in an area known to be non-hazardous.
y Warning: Use only the approved Nightstick 5562-BATT Lithium-ion rechargeable battery pack.
y Warning: The approved Nightstick 5562-BATT Lithium-ion rechargeable battery pack must
be replaced by a qualifi ed technician only.
y Warning: To prevent ignition of a hazardous atmosphere, do not open the battery
compartment or attempt to exchange the battery pack while in the hazardous environment.
This task must ONLY be performed in an area known to be non-hazardous.
y Warning: Open the battery compartment on the XPR-5562 and replace the approved
Nightstick 5562-BATT Lithium-ion rechargeable battery pack in fresh air only.
y Warning: Substitution of components may impair intrinsic safety.

For personal safety, always confi rm the rating of any known hazardous or potentially
hazardous location where the light is to be used.
CHARGING THE LIGHT
WARNING: TO PREVENT IGNITION OF A HAZARDOUS ATMOSPHERE, DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO CHARGE THIS PRODUCT IN THE HAZARDOUS ENVIRONMENT. THIS
TASK MUST ONLY BE PERFORMED IN AN AREA KNOWN TO BE NON-HAZARDOUS.
Use only the supplied Nightstick rechargeable battery and Magmate™ cable. Fully charge
the light before the fi rst use, or if the battery is new or has been unused for several months. For
best performance, charge the light when the fl ashlight beam starts to dim.
y Connect the Magmate cable to a power source with a USB connector. Attach the magnetic
end to the charging port located on the light.
y The USB end of the cable includes an LED charge status indicator. The LED indicator
remains red until the battery is fully charged. At full charge, the LED indicator turns green.
y The total time to fully charge the light varies depending on the remaining charge in
the battery.
OPERATION
Two switches on the front of the headlamp control all functions.
SPOTLIGHT SWITCH
y First Press = spotlight high-brightness
y Second Press = spotlight low-brightness
y Third Press = off
FLOODLIGHT SWITCH
y First Press = fl oodlight high-brightness
y Second Press = fl oodlight low-brightness
y Third Press = off
DUAL-LIGHT MODE
y Press each switch one time to turn on both lights in high-brightness mode.
y To shut down Dual-Light mode, press each switch two more times until each light
turns off.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Bayco Products, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and
materials for the original purchaser's lifetime. The Limited Lifetime Warranty includes the
LEDs, housing and lenses. Rechargeable batteries, chargers, switches, electronics and
included accessories are warranted for a period of two years with proof of purchase. Normal
wear and failures which are caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, faulty installation and
lightning damage are excluded.
We will repair or replace this product should we determine it to be defective. This is the
only warranty, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fi tness for a
particular purpose.

DANGEREUSE. CETTE TÂCHE DOIT ÊTRE EFFECTUÉE UNIQUEMENT DANS UNE
ZONE NON DANGEREUSE.
Utilisez uniquement la batterie rechargeable et le Magmate™ câble Nightstick fournis.
Charger complètement la lampe avant la première utilisation ou si la pile est neuve ou n'a pas
été utilisée pendant plusieurs mois. Pour de meilleurs résultats, charger la lampe lorsque le
faisceau de lumière commence à faiblir.
y Connectez le Magmate câble à une source d'alimentation avec un connecteur USB. Fixez
l'extrémité magnétique au port de charge situé sur la lumière.
y L'extrémité USB du câble comprend un indicateur d'état de charge LED. Le voyant DEL
demeure rouge jusqu'à ce que la pile soit complètement chargée. Lorsque le chargement
est complété, le voyant DEL passe au vert.
y La durée totale d'une charge complète de la lampe varie selon la charge restante dans
le bloc-piles.
