Maintenance
Use only well-ground cutting discs. A cutting blade damaged in any way can cause the
machine to malfunction.
Oil
The cutting disc must be oiled after 40 hours of operation.
Sharpen
Use only sharp cutting discs. The cutting disc needs to be sharpened as soon as you
find that it has become blunt.
Set the cutting wheel speed to the lowest speed (600 rpm).
Carefully push the grindstone towards the grinding wheel and grind the cutting wheel for
approx. 2-3 seconds.
Check the fastening screws
Check all fastening screws regularly and make sure that they are properly tightened. If
any of the screws are not tightened, this must be corrected immediately. Neglecting this
check can result in a serious hazard.
Requirements for the working environment
1. Keep your workplace clean. Dust and other types of dirt can affect the performance
of the cutter. .
2. The cutter should be used under normal temperature conditions (10–45 ° C) and
humidity below 85%.
3. Before starting any technical work (such as changing the cutting disc or grinding
stone), the machine must be switched off.
4. When the power cutter is not in use, the protective cover must be in the lowest
position.
5. Always turn off the cutter after finishing work
