Operating instructions :
- Remove all protective foils and packaging material prior to usage.
- Place the appliance on a flat, solid, and heat-resistant surface, on its vertical
position. Never install your appliance on inflammable surface.
- Do not install the appliance near open fireplaces or all hot sources.
- The power cable must be protected at least 16 amps. The unit must be plugged
directly into a wall outlet. The use of a strip will crack up the device. The power line
must be equipped with an automatic differential switch in accordance with the
characteristics of the device contact opening distance must be at least 3mm.Une
efficient installation of grounding is particularly recommended.
- Arrange the appliance so that ventilations ducts are not blocked.
- Clean thoroughly all parts of your appliance before using with adapt product. The
control box must not be in contact with water.
- Place the appliance so that the user can easily move to use it.
Electric connection
- The plug must be protected by a circuit breaker of 16 A. Connect the appliance
directly to a wall plug socket. The use of adaptors, multiple sockets and/or
extensions is not recommended.
- Before connecting the appliance to an electricity source, ensure that the voltage
and frequency values given on the panel correspond to those of the electrical
network. The maximum permissible voltage difference is +/- 10%
- The appliance must be connected to the equipotential bonding system (grounding)
- Place the device so that the plug is easily accessible and can be quickly removed
from its socket in case of necessity.
Starting up:
- Prior to first use, clean the appliance carefully
- Setting panel :
1/control panel on its left side: - set 1 sensor function
2/on the front control panel: - Black switch set working time
- When your appliance is plugged you can make the functional checking :

Continuous mode: press the switch at the side in position 2 to start the
machine.

Stop: press the switch at the side in position 0 and the machine will stop.
- Using the appliance with the Touch and Go function

To start press the switch on the side on the position 2. Press the black switch to
set the working time from 10 to 35 sec. Your appliance is ready for the operational phase.
Before introducing on the hole of the highest cover the small ball of dough squash a part
of its side to easily introduce it in the machine. The rollers automatically start when in
contact with the dough. When the dough comes out you will see a reduction of thickness,
with an oval shape, then sliding along the scale it will make a turn of about 90° ready to
go under the lowest rollers out of which it will have a disk shape. This shape is not perfect
