GERNERAL POWER TOOL SAFETY WARNINGS
1) Safety of the work area
a) Keep the work area clean and well lit. Messy and dark
areas cause accidents.
b) Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres,
such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust.
Power tools create sparks that can ignite dust or vapors.
c) Keep children and onlookers away while operating a
power tool. Distractions can cause you to lose control.
2) Electrical safety
a) The plug of the power tool must match the base of the
power outlet. Never modify the plug in any way. Do not use
any plug adapter with grounded power tools. Unmodified
plugs and matching bases will reduce the risk of electric
shock.
b) Avoid or contact the body with grounded surfaces such
as pipes, radiators, electric stoves and refrigerators. There is
an increased risk of electric shock if your body is grounded.
c) Do not expose tools to rain or moisture conditions. Water
entering the tool will increase the risk of electric shock.
d) Do not abuse the cable. Never use the cable to carry, lift or
unplug the power tool. Keep the cable away from heat, oil,
sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or tangled cables
increase the risk of electric shock.
e) When operating an electric tool outdoors, use an
extension suitable for outdoor use. The use of a cable
extension suitable for outdoor use reduces
the risk of electric shock.
f) If the use of a tool in a damp place is unavoidable, use a
power protected by a residual current device (RCD). The use
of an RCD reduces the risk of electric shock.
3) Security of people
a) Be alert, monitor what you are doing and use common
sense when operating a power tool. Do not use a power tool
when you are tired, under the influence of drugs, alcohol or
medication. A moment of distraction while operating power
tools can cause serious personal injury.
b) Use personal safety equipment. Always wear eye
protection. The use for appropriate conditions of safety
equipment such as dust mask, non-slippery shoes, helmet
or ear protection will reduce personal injuries.
c) Avoid accidental starting. Make sure that the switch is in
the "open" position before connecting to the network and /

(corded) power tool or battery-operated (cordless) power tool.
or battery, picking up or transporting the tool. Carrying
power tools with your finger on the switch or plugging in
power tools that have the switch in the "closed" position
causes accidents.
d) Remove any wrench or adjustment tool before starting
the power tool. A wrench or tool attached to a rotating part
of a power tool can cause personal injury.
e) Do not overdo it. Keep your feet firmly on the ground and
keep your balance at all times. This allows a better control of
the power tool in unexpected situations.
f) View properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep
your hair, clothing and gloves away from moving parts.
Loose clothes, jewelry or long hair can be caught in moving
parts.
g) If there is availability for the connection of means of
extraction and collection of dust, make sure that these are
connected and used correctly. The use of these devices can
reduce the risks related to dust.
4) Utilization and care of power tools
a) Do not force the power tool. Use the correct electric tool
for your application. The right electrical tool will do the job
better and safer at the rate for which it was designed.
b) Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn
"closed" and "open". Any power tool that can not be
controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be
repaired.
c) Unplug the plug from the power supply and / or battery
before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or
storing power tools. Such preventive safety measures
reduce the risk of starting the tool accidentally.
d) Store inactive power tools out of the reach of children and
do not allow handling of the power tool to persons
unfamiliar with the tools or with these instructions. Power
tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
e) Keep the power tools. Check that the moving parts are
