How to apply
• Before attaching this product, carefully read the "Precautions for use - Be sure to read this" section. Then follow the steps provided to ensure the
product is correctly attached.
• The steps below use the right foot for reference. Follow the same steps for the left foot.
1.
Unfasten all hook-and-loop fasteners of the product. Confirm the top/bottom, inside/outside, and front/back of the
product.

Position your ankle at right angle, open the rear entry of the product and slide your foot into the opening from the back.

Fasten the cross straps.

Center of your foot
Center of the product
Hold hook-and-loop fastener A with your left hand and hold the
product end with your right hand so that they crisscross. Place
your feet on the floor with your ankle at a 90 degree angle. Wrap
the support around your ankle by pulling hook-and-loop fastener A
diagonally and fastening it.
Hold hook-and-loop fastener B with your right hand and hold the
tab with your left hand so that they crisscross. Wrap the product
around your ankle by pulling hook-and-loop fastener B diagonally and
fastening it.
Cross both cross straps while pulling them in opposing directions in
front of your foot and attach the hook-and-loop fasteners above the
ankle on opposite sides.
Make sure that the guard strap is passed
through the guard loop.
* You do not need to detach the guard strap
from the guard loop when attaching or
removing the product.
With the original guards folded to the back,
slide your foot into the product from the
back until your ankle is aligned with the area
indicated by the dashed line which is directly
above the rivet on the original guard.
