IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

Read this instruction manual carefully before using the appliance
and keep it for future reference.
To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use this fan with
any solid-state speed control device.
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the
other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, the plug is intended to
fit into a polarized outlet in one orientation. If the plug does not
fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug and insert it in the other
orientation. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do
not attempt to defeat this safety feature.

RULES FOR SAFE OPERATION

1.
Do not leave the fan running unattended.
2. Never insert fingers, pencils or any other objects through the
grille when the fan is running.
3. The fan must be powered using the rated voltage.
4. Ensure that the fan is properly assembled before connecting it
to the power supply.
5. Disconnect the power cord before moving the fan.
6. Always unplug the fan before cleaning or disassembling.
