Special functions when playback is stopped
Press the "M" button (4) when no file is played (directly after the playback function has been
activated) to activate the function menu.

Use buttons "<" (1) and ">" (2) to select within the menu and press the "M"
button (4) to confirm.
• "Local Folder": Browse files/folders
This function allows you to view and browse all voice recordings (or WAV files) saved on the
multimedia player (like Windows Explorer).
• "Delete": Deleting a voice recording
Use this function to delete a voice recording. The display shows all voice recordings (WAV
files) in the currently selected folder. To delete a file, use buttons "<" (1) and ">" (2) to select
it and press the "M" button (4) to delete it. A security query is displayed ("YES" = delete,
"NO" = cancel). Select "YES" to confirm deletion.
• "Delete all": Deleting all voice recordings
Use this function to delete all voice recordings (WAV files) on the multimedia player. Select
"YES" to confirm deletion of all video files. Select "NO" to cancel. Depending on the number
of recordings, this process may take a while.
• "Exit": Quitting the function menu
Select this option to return to the play window for voice recordings.
