Installer and Users please note:
These instructions should be read carefully and left with
the user of the product for future reference.
Remove the two screws and remove the cover of the battery
compartment, and insert a battery, type PP3. Replace the cover, and
the screws.
Connect the 6.35mm jack to the "switch" input of the equipment to
be controlled.
If normally closed operation is required, then move the slide switch
adjacent to the cable entry to the left position.
If normally open operation is required, then move the slide switch
adjacent to the cable entry to the right position.
"Normally closed" means that there is normally a short circuit
between the two terminals of the 6.35mm jack plug, which is
opened when the switch is pressed.
"Normally open" means that there is normally no connection
between the two terminals of the 6.35mm jack plug, which is
shorted when the switch is pressed.
DO NOT plug the footswitch into a loudspeaker or other power
output socket. This may damage the switch or the equipment to
which it is connected.
