5. From the base of the dispenser kit, secure the cutter unit to
the printer with the supplied screw (circled) as shown.
6. Connect the dispenser kit's cable to the oPTion
connector on the main PCB (connector is keyed). Route
the dispenser kit's cable through the groove (circled) of the
printer as shown.
7. Assemble the Bottom housing cover back to the printer and
secure with the three screws removed earlier.
CAUTION:
Ensure that no cables are pinched between parts when
you are assembling the cover.
To route the label when the dispenser is installed
1. W ith the power supply off, pull the cover open/close latches
on both sides of the printer toward you to unlock the top
cover, and then open the top cover. Make sure that the
cover rests firmly so that it will not fall forward and injure your
hands.
2. W ith your thumbs positioned on the two lower corners of the
pressure bracket (1), push the pressure bracket up and
pull it forward to open the pressure bracket.
