The lightning flash with arrow-head symbol
within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert the
user to the presence of uninsulated "dangerous voltage"
within the unit's enclosure that may be of sufficient
magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock.
The exclamation point within an equilateral
triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of
important operating and maintenance (servicing) ins-
tructions in the literature accompanying the unit.
• Use this massaging mattress only for its intended use
as described in this manual.
• Do not expose it to humidity, dust, or extreme temperatures.
• Always unplug this massaging mattress from the elec-
trical outlet immediately after use and before cleaning.
• Do not place, drop or submerge in water or other liquid.
• Make sure that any objects do not fall and liquids are
not spilled onto the unit.
• Never use pins or other metallic fasteners with this
appliance.
• Never drop or insert an object into any opening.
• Carefully examine the cover before each use. Do not
use the appliance if there are any signs of deterioration
such as cracking or blistering.
• Keep the unit dry—do not operate in a wet or moist
environment.
• Do not use wet hands to connect or disconnect the
power plug from the electrical outlet.
• For adult use only.
• Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is
used by, on or near children, invalids or disabled indi-
viduals.
• An appliance should never be left unattended while
plugged in. Unplug when not in use.
• Consult your physician before using this massaging
mattress.
• Do not use the product if you are not feeling well.
• This product is not intended for self-treatment of
conditions that should be managed by a qualified
health care provider.
• The massaging mattress is designed as a non-profes-
sional massager to soothe tired and aching muscles. It
is not intended to be a substitute for medical atten-
tion. If your ailments and symptoms persist or worsen
after use, contact your physician immediately.
• Do not use the massaging mattress in combination
with other therapeutic equipment or electric blanket,
etc., as this may result in ineffectiveness or injury.
• Unplug the massaging mattress during lightning
storms.
• Protect the power cord from being walked on or
pinched.
• Keep cord away from heated surfaces. Wrap the cord
loosely around the unit when storing.
• Do not operate under a blanket or pillow. Excessive
heating can occur and cause electric shock or injury to
persons.
• IMPORTANT: Any individual who may be in the following

cases should consult a medical professional before
using this massaging device designed for home use:
be pregnant or recently gave birth, has a heart condition
or a pacemaker, suffers from diabetes or other sensory
impairment, phlebitis and/or thrombosis, joint dys-
function, inflammation or injuries, weak bones, osteo-
porosis, a high fever, an abnormal or curved spine, is
at an increased risk of developing blood clots, has
pins/screws/artificial joints or other medical devices
implanted in his/her body, is being treated for a medical
condition or physical injury or is under a doctor's care.
• Do not use the massaging mattress if wearing loose
clothing or jewelry.
• Keep long hair away from the massaging mattress
while in use.
• Do not use on an infant or invalid or on a sleeping or
unconscious person.
• Do not use on insensitive skin or on a person with poor
blood circulation.
• The unit should be situated away from direct sunlight
or heat sources such as radiators, electric heaters, sto-
ves, or other units.
• Never block the air openings of the unit with materials
such as clothing, plastic bags or papers, or place it on
a soft surface such as a bed, where the air openings
may be blocked. Keep the air openings free of hair and
other things.
• Do not overload electrical outlet. Use only the power
source as indicated.
• Do not carry this unit by cord and do not use the cord
as handle.
• Never operate this unit if it has a damaged cord or
plug, if it is not working properly, or if it has been
dropped or damaged, or dropped into water. If the
unit's power supply cord or plug is damaged, do not
attempt to fix it yourself.
• To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not disassemble
or attempt to repair the unit. Incorrect repair can
cause risk of electric shock or injury to persons when
unit is used.
• This product is intended for household use only. Do
not use this unit outdoors.
• Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are
being used or where oxygen is being administered.
• Do not operate in the presence of explosive and/or
flammable fumes.
• Never remove the plug from the socket by pulling the
power cord.
• To disconnect, ensure all controls are off and remove
the plug from the electrical outlet.
• Do not stand on the massaging mattress.
• Do not insert your hand or foot along the paths of the
massage rollers during use as this may cause injury.
• Stop operation immediately if you experience any
discomfort.
• The product is not intended for use by children or
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the product by a person responsible
for their safety.
• Do not operate for more than 20 minutes continuously.
It is recommended to turn off the massaging mattress
and allow it to rest (cool) for 40 minutes before re-using.
This will prolong the life of the unit.
• Do not perform continuous massage on the same spot
of your body for more than 5 minutes at a time as this
may result in excessive stimulation and may have ad-
verse effects.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do
not play with the product.
• Use the heating mode carefully. May cause serious
burns. Do not use over sensitive skin areas or in the
presence of poor circulation. The unattended use of
heat by children or disabled persons may be dangerous.
• Temperatures sufficiently high to cause burns may
occur regardless of the control setting. Check the skin
in contact with the heated area of the massager fre-
quently to reduce the risk of blistering.
• Never use the massaging mattress on open skin eruptions,
swollen or inflamed areas.
• Do not operate after taking pain killers, sedatives or
alcohol.
• Do not apply massage rollers directly on the head, el-
