1. Application

The systems Typhoon and Ty-
phoon Dual are mobile units
equipped with a centrifugal pump
increasing the pressure of the
cleaning water.
The machines are manufactured
with a built-in oil-free compressor
supplying compressed air.
They are furthermore supplied
with an injector device and may
therefore be used as independent
cleaning stations. The units are
designed for the cleaning of walls
and floors in factory rooms, of
production machinery, of transport
systems for production machin-
ery like trucks, transport boxes,
containers, moulds etc. and may,
moreover, be used for the internal
end external cleaning of vehicles,
industrial kitchens as well as
changing/shower rooms in swim-
ming baths.
The units are made mainly of stain-
less steel and are mainly used by
companies in the food industry.
Safety Devices
Control
The Typhoon/Dual is supplied
with an integrated thermal relay
on the compressor. As soon as
the temperature gets too high, the
relay switches off the compressor
(150°C). Once the compressor
temperature falls, the thermal relay
switches back on.
Consumption Fluids
This product has been prepared
for the use of Ecolabs Topax Euro
palette or similar products.
Warning: Do not change the set-
tings made or recommended by
the supplier of consumption fluids.
Detergents are either supplied
from the integrated User Pack
system (U models, see Fig. 1) or
from containers, (Fig. 2).
