to us for inspection, it must be returned, so far as is
practicable, in its original packaging to the address
advised by our customer service team.

We strongly advise that you return items using the
most economical delivery method and that you retain
proof of posting. If a return is deemed necessary, returns
(and claims for postage costs) cannot be considered
unless and until we have received the items.

Please note that international customers are
responsible for the postal cost of all returns.
