with LED wax candles. If you have any questions, please contact

Prior to using the product for the fi rst time, please carefully
read through the operating instructions and store them in a
safe place. The instructions are to accompany the product
when passed on to others. The manufacturer and importer
assume no liability in the event the data in these instructions
have not been observed!
As part of ongoing development, we reserve the right to alter
products, packaging or enclosed documentation at any time.
Proper use
❐ This product is a decoration. It is not a toy! Keep the product out
of the reach of children and pets.
❐ The product is designed for private use and is not intended for
commercial use. Only use the product as instructed. Any other use
is deemed improper.
Safety instructions
Risks of injury
❐ ATTENTION: Danger of suffocation exists! Keep the packaging
material away from children and animals.
❐ ATTENTION: Swallowing batteries poses a risk of death!
Therefore keep the batteries and the product out of the reach of
children and animals. Should a battery be swallowed seek medical
help immediately.
❐ ATTENTION: If a battery has leaked, avoid contact of the battery
acid with skin, eyes and mucus membranes. In case of contact with
battery acid, rinse the affected area immediately with plenty of
clean water and seek immediate medical attention.
Handling the batteries properly
❐ Before inserting the batteries, check whether the contacts in the
candles and/or the remote control and on the batteries are clean
and if necessary, clean them.
❐ Use only the battery type specifi ed in the technical data.
❐ Always replace all batteries at the same time. Do not mix different
types or brands of batteries or batteries with different capacitance.
When changing batteries ensure correct polarity (+ / –).
❐ Take the batteries out of the candles and the remote control once
they are used up or if you do not use the product for a prolonged
period of time. This will prevent damage which can be caused by
leakage.
❐ Take any leaking batteries out of the product immediately. Clean
the contacts before inserting new batteries.
❐ The batteries should not be recharged or reactivated by any other
means, taken apart, thrown on a fi re, immersed in liquid or short-
circuited.

Handling the product properly
❐ Only use the product in enclosed areas.
❐ Do not subject the product to extreme temperatures, severe
changes in temperature, direct sunlight or moisture.
❐ Maintain adequate distance to heat sources (e. g. stovetops and
ovens) and open fi re (e. g. burning candles and fi replaces). Do not
light any real candles on or in the wreath!
❐ Always place the product on a dry, fl at, and solid surface.
❐ Do not allow the product to fall and do not subject it to severe
percussions.
❐ Ensure that the product does not fall in water or get wet.
❐ Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning products to clean the
product. When needed, dust off the product with a soft, dry cloth.
Heavily laden dirt can be wiped off with a damp cloth.
❐ Store the product in its original packaging in a dry, clean area that
is out of the reach of children and pets and that is not exposed to
direct sunlight.
❐ If the product is defective, do not attempt to repair it yourself. In
the event of damage, contact the customer service department.
❐ Only use the enclosed remote control to turn the candles on and
off.
Warranty conditions
Defects arising due to improper handling, damage or attempts to
repair are excluded from the warranty. This also applies to normal
wear and tear.
Product contents
• 4 real wax candles (different sizes)
• 8 batteries (1.5 V, type AA)
• 1 wreath (artifi cial)
• 1 remote control with lithium button cell (3 V, type CR2032)
Start-up
1. Unpack the product and accessories. Check that the product con-
tents are complete and that they do not exhibit any transport dam-
ages. Should you identify any transport damages, do not use the
product (!), instead please promptly consult the customer service
department.
Hold onto the packaging to store the product when not in use.
2. Insert the eight enclosed 1.5 V batteries (type AA) in the candles
(see chapter "Inserting / changing batteries", "Candles" section).
Make sure the polarity (+ / –) is correct.
3. Take the protective strip off of the remote control's battery com-
partment. (For opening and closing the battery compartment,
please observe the notes in the chapter "Inserting / changing bat-
teries", "Remote control" section.)
4. Select a suitable location for the product. Please be absolutely sure
to observe the safety notes on proper handling of the product.
Push the switch on the bottom side of the candles to the ON posi-
tion to activate the candles and place the candles in the wreath.
