Important
For correct appliance operations, always insert the ejector disk first.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
1. Assemble the utensils suited to the process to be performed.
2. Place a recipient with suitable capacity under the product ejection opening.
3. Place food products in the insertion opening and lower the presser.
For best results, mozzarella should be about 4 °C.
4. Press the button (A) to start the appliance.
5. During use, continue to add food products through the insertion opening.
6. Press the button (C) to stop the appliance when finished.
If it is the first time the appliance is used, remove any protective linings and accu-
rately clean to remove any construction material residue before starting it.
