How to Use
This product is for household use only.
Getting started
1. Remove all packing material and any stickers.
2. Wipe plates with a damp cloth or sponge to remove any dust. Wipe dry with a soft cloth or paper
towels.
3. Select a location where the unit is to be used, leaving enough space between back of unit and
wall to allow heat to flow without damage to cabinets and walls.
4. Turn off the temperature controller, plug to machine with its upward .
5. Adjust the dial to low grade for preheat . then Adjust the controller to suitable grade to suit frying
difference food . They are five grade temperature adjustable
6. To remove the flat, do not use metal utensils : they can indeed damage the nonstick coating.
Always use a spatula, wooden utensils or silicone heat resistant .
7. When cooking , be careful not spilling sauce or juice or any liquid that not easy cleaning after
cooling down to the gap between baking pan and housing ..
8. Important: Steam may be released between the cooking plates. Caution should be taken to pre­
vent hands or face from coming into contact with the steam.
9. After use, turn the temperature knob to 0 position,, unplug unit from the electrical outlet and allow
it to cool down until reach to room temperature before cleaning.
10. Take out the detachable grease Tray carefully and pour the cold oil to clean up.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

IMPORTANT: NEVER PLACE THE THERMOSTAT, PLUG OR POWER CORD IN WATER OR
OTHER LIQUIDS; ONLY WIPE THESE PARTS CLEAN WITH A DAMP CLOTH.
IMPORTANT: ALWAYS UNPLUG THE POWER CORD FROM THE ELECTRICITY MAINS BEFO­
RE FITTING OR REMOVING SINGLE ATTACHMENTS OR BEFORE CLEANING THE APPLIAN­
CE.
The lid, the non­stick plate and the drip tray can be washed in warm soapy water. The shaped base
can be wiped clean with a damp cloth or washed using lukewarm water, a mild detergent and a soft
cloth
