TROUBLE SHOOTING
POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. Is it plugged in?
2. Is it started
3. Is the ambient temperature between 5°C and 35°C?
4. Is the water tank full or not properly positioned?
5. Make sure the air inlet and outlet are not obstructed

2. Make sure the air inlet and outlet are not obstructed
3. Is the room humidity already quite low
1. Make sure that most of the doors and windows are closed
2. Is there something in the room producing lots of humidity?
Check whether the unit is sitting on a level surface
1. Make sure the unit is in good shape
2. If you are not using continuous drainage, make sure
the rubber plug (at the bottom of the unit) is in its position
