• This child car seat is a universal child restraining system. It has been approved under Regula-
tion No 44/04 and is suitable for general use in vehicles and is compatible with the majority
of vehicle seats.
• The seat is more likely to be compatible if the vehicle manufacturer declares that its vehicles
are suitable to accept universal child restraint systems.
• This restraint system is classified as universal according to the strictest approval criteria,
whereas earlier models do not comply with these new regulations.
• This can only be fitted to vehicles fitted with 3-point safety belts which are either permanently
installed or have a retractor mechanism and which are approved in accordance with UN/ECE
No 16 or other equivalent standards.
• This is a semi-universal child restraint system. It complies with UN Reg. No. 44/04 and may
only be used in vehicles that appear in the attached list of permissible vehicles.
• It is only suitable for vehicles fitted with fixed or automatic 3-point safety belts which comply
with UN/ECE Regulation No 16 (or an equivalent standard).
Note on the Isofix child restraint system (group 0+/1)
• This is an Isofix child restraint system. It was approved accordance with Regulation No. 44/04
in its respective valid version for general use in vehicles that feature Isofix anchoring systems.
• It is suitable for vehicles with positions approved as Isofix positions (as described in the ve-
hicle manual).
• The weight classes and Isofix size classes for which the child car seat is approved are Group
1, D and Group 0+, D
