BEFORE THE 1ST USE, REMOVE ALL PACKAGING AND PROTECTIONS FROM THE APPLIANCE.
- Wash baking plates, the spatula and the drip cups with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Prepare the non-stick coating surface by applying a thin coat of cooking oil and wiping over with paper toweling. Re-seasoning is re-
commended every few months.

CLOSED POSITION: it is suitable to bake food with upper and lower heating elements at the
same time, for example: meat, paninis, ...
Cover can adjust according to the height of the food.
HALF-OPEN POSITION: The cover is open, food can be added and removed.
To set the grill to this position, open de cover by the handle until you feel it come to locked position.
OPEN TO FLAT POSITION: this position allows to create one large cooking surface.
To open the grill to flat position : open the cover until locked position, then lift the upper cover
by the handle upwards and continue rotate it to horizontal position.
