USEFUL TIPS :
- Use ambient temperature ingredients. Take out food of the fridge one hour before cooking.
- If cooking vegetables, fish or lean meat, lightly oil the plate with a smooth impregnated cloth. To cook meat with any amount of fat, or
if the food has been marinated, there is no need to oil the plate.
- To keep all the juice in the meat, season with salt after cooking.
- Marinades with oil may produce some smokes. Place the appliance near an exhaust hood.
- Grilling food quickly provides tastier results. We advise to set the thermostat on the maxi position, and reduce only if food is
overheating or burning.
- Unplug and let the appliance cool completely before cleaning.
- Carefully remove any grease using a smooth absorbent cloth or with the spatula included.
- Remove baking plates and drip cups and wash it in soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Wipe the outside with a soft dry cloth.
- Do not use scouring pads, abrasive or chemical products which may deteriorate the housing.
Note : Do not let the appliance on to "burn off" any food or dripping remaining on the plate after cooking. It may cause unnecessary
smoke, reduce the life of the non-stick coating and may present a fire hazard.
