Only a little water
comes out of the
spout when I try to
pour it.
Stains are formed on
the bottom of the
water container.
The electric kettle
doesn't switch off
although the water is
boiling.
Possible cause
Does the plug go into
the socket?
Is the water container
correctly positioned on
the base?
Was the dry-run
protection feature
triggered?
Check whether the
electric kettle has to be
decalcified.
Check whether the
strainer insert in front of
the spout is dirty.
These are calcareous
deposits. They are
innocuous but need to
be removed regularly.
