2. Repeat step 1 with the large front stabiliser (2).
3. Attach the right pedal (4) marked "R" to the end of the crankshaft. Connect
it to the right arm. The right pedal is fastened by turning clockwise.
4. Attach the left pedal (4) marked "L" to the end of the crankshaft. Connect it
to the left arm. The left pedal is fastened by turning counter clockwise.
Firmly fasten all bolts and nuts before use.

INSTALLING / REPLACING THE BATTERY (INCLUDED)
1. Remove the screen from the top of the main section.
2. Place or replace a 1.5 V AAA in the compartment, observing the indicated
polarity symbols.
3. Place the screen back on the top of the main section.
NOTE: When you remove the screen from the top of the main section, it is
possible that the wire that connects the screen to the sensor beam becomes
loose. Before the screen is pressed on the main section again, first check if
the wire is connected to the computer and the sensor beam.
WORKOUT
You can use the pedal trainer in 2 ways: for legs or for arms. The pedal
exercise will make you legs and arms stronger and offer a great cardio
workout as well.
LEG TRAINING
• Place the pedal trainer on the floor and make sure you are sitting in a
comfortable position.
• Place the pedal trainer with the knob towards you.
• Place each foot in the pedal strap, one by one.
• Adjust the required tension with the tension controller.
• Cycle forward with a controlled movement.
• This movement will train your quadriceps (upper legs), hamstrings (lower
legs) and lower abdominal muscles.
ARM TRAINING
• Place the pedal trainer on the table and make sure it cannot slip away
from you.
• Place the pedal trainer with the knob towards you
• Adjust the required tension with the adjustment knob.
• Place each hand in the pedal.
• Move the arms forward with a controlled movement.
• This movement will train your triceps (upper arms) and lower arms.

IMPORTANT:

The calculated number of calories burnt must be considered
an estimation and should not be considered medically reliable. In order to
get a more accurate indication of the number of calories that you burn, we
recommend consulting your doctor or dietician to better determine your
metabolic profile. Consult your doctor before using the product.
