STAINLESS STEEL

 This barbecue is made out of steel which is partial textured coated, partial porcelain
coated. There are many steel cleaners available. Always use the mildest cleaning
product first.
 To touch up noticeable scratches in the stainless steel, sand very lightly with dry extra
fine polishing grit emery paper in the direction of the grain.
 Grease specks can gather and cake onto the surfaces of the stainless steel, giving the
appearance of rust. For removal, use an abrasive pad with a stainless steel cleaner.
SPIDERS AND INSECTS CAN OCCASIONALLY SPIN WEBS OR MAKE NESTS IN
THE BURNER TUBES. THESE CAN OBSTRUCT GAS FLOW WHICH MAY CAUSE
FIRE.
THIS IS KNOWN AS "BACKLASH" AND CAN CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGE TO BBQ
AND CREATE AN UNSAFE OPERATING SITUATION.
FREQUENT INSPECTION AND CLEANING OF THE BURNER TUBES IS
RECOMMENDED.
