    NL, BE, LU VEILIGHEIDWAARSCHUWINGEN LEES AANDACHTIG Voordat u uw nieuwe barbecue in elkaar zet, lees aandachtig de gebruiksaanwijzing en de veiligheidswaarschuwin- gen! Het teken “!” wijst op een gevaar – bij het in elkaar zetten en bij het gebruik van de barbecue moet men bijzonder voorzichtig zijn en de tekst na dit teken aandachtig lezen.
  • Page 5 NL, BE, LU GEBRUIK EN BEDIENING VAN DE BARBECUE • Raak hete oppervlakken van de barbecue niet aan. • Gebruik voor alle werkzaamheden aan de barbecue altijd thermische handschoenen. • Tijdens het gebruik van de barbecue mag men geen loshangende kleren dragen en men moet oppassen dat de haren niet met de barbecue in aanraking komen. • Laat een in gebruik zijnde barbecue nooit onbeheerd achter. • Steek de barbecue nooit aan als de asla niet is geplaatst. • Wees voorzichtig bij het openen van de deurtjes voor de brandstof. De deurtjes kunnen heet zijn, dus aanbe- volen zijn thermische handschoenen. Handel conform de aanwijzingen in het hoofdstuk „HET TOEVOEGEN VAN DE HOUTSKOOL”.
  • Page 6 NL, BE, LU ONDERHOUD VAN DE HOUTSKOOLBARBECUE Het is belangrijk dat het reinigen van de barbecue gebeurd nadat de kolen en de as volledig afgekoeld zijn en voordat de as vochtig wordt. De as kan in verbinding met het water een loog vormen dat heel agressief werkt en tot de cor- rosie van het toestel kan leiden.
  • Page 7 NL, BE, LU HET BIJVULLEN VAN HOUTSKOOL Om het gloeiproces nodig voor barbecueën of voor langzaam roken (of indien de barbecue voor grotere hoeveel- heden wordt gebruikt) te verlengen, kan de houtskolen door de kolendeur worden bijgevuld. Het houtskoolrooster dient toen op het laagste niveau te worden ingesteld. De deur openen met behulp van thermische handschoenen, de greep kan heet zijn.

De briketten geven een langere verbrandingstijd dan de brokken houtskool, de houtskool geeft een ho- gere temperatuur dan de briketten.

    FR, CH UTILISATION ET MANIPULATION DU BARBECUE • Le barbecue chauffe beaucoup pendant son utilisation – ne jamais toucher les surfaces du barbecue. • Il faut toujours utiliser des gants de cuisson pendant la manipulation de votre barbecue. • Ne pas porter de vêtements légers pendant l’utilisation du barbecue, ni laisser vos cheveux entrer en contact avec le feu. • Pendant l’utilisation du barbecue, ne jamais le laisser sans surveillance. • Ne jamais utiliser le barbecue sans le tiroir à cendres en place. • Faire attention lors de l’ouverture de la porte contenant la grille foyère. Les poignées de cette porte sont souvent chaudes pendant l’utilisation du barbecue. Das Zeichen “!” bedeutet Gefährdungswarnung. Beim Zusammenbau und Gebrauch muss der Inhalt der Gefähr- dungswarnungen besonders beachtet werden. Bei dem Grillgebrauch, um die Sicherheit von Personen sicherzustellen und Materialschaden zu vermeiden, muss sorgfältig und mit größter Aufmerksamkeit gearbeitet werden.
  • Page 80 DE, CH, AT BENUTZUNG UND BEDIENUNG DES GRILLS • Beim Benutzen des Grills dürfen heiße Flächen nicht berührt werden. • Bei Tätigkeiten beim arbeitendem Grill müssen immer Thermohandschue benutzt werden. • Beim Benutzen des Grills dürfen keine lose Kleidungstücke getragen werden, Man muss auch aufpassen dass die Hare nicht im Kontakt mit dem Grill kommen. • Niemals den Grill ohne Aufsicht lassen. • Es darf das Gerät nicht angezündet werden ohne dass die Aschenschublade eigesetzt ist. • Beim Öffnen der Kohlenschüssel- Tür muss man sich vorsichtig verhalten. .Die Kohlenpaletten -Tür kann sehr heiß sein, darum sollen Thermo- Handschuhe verwendet werden. Man muss gemäß der der Zusatzan- leitungen vorgehen die im Par, „HOLZKOHLEN ZUSCHÜTTEN“ beschrieben ist. • Vorsichtig sich verhalten beim Einsetzen der Holzkohlen- Palette- nicht zulassen dass die Palette unkontrol- liert nach unten fällt. Die Holzkohlen -Palette kann sehr heiß sein, darum Thermo- Handschuhe tragen. •...
  • Page 81 DE, CH, AT REINIGUNG DES ROSTES Viel einfacher ist den Grillrost, der mit Porzellanschicht beschichtet ist in sauberen Zustand zu erhalten, wenn er unmittelbar nach der Arbeit gebürstet wird, wen die Holzkohle noch heiß ist. Nach dem Bürsten muss man abwarten bis der Rost wie auch der grill selbst abgekühlt werden. Für eine genauere Säuberung muss ein gefeuchteter Lappen aus sehr feinen Stahlwolle benutzt werden.
  • Page 82 DE, CH, AT ZUSÄTZLICHE KOLZKOHLEN ZUSCHITTEN Um eine veränderte Arbeitszeit zu erzeugen, die beim Grillen oder langsamen Rauchen benötigt wird, (oder wen der Gril für solche Menge von Hamburgers oder Hot-Dogs benötigt wird, die für eine ganze Armee reichen kann durch die Holzkohlentür k eine zusätzliche Menge von Holzkohle zugegeben werden.
  • Page 83 DE, CH, AT HOLZ ZUM RAUCHEN Zugabe zur Holzkohle Stücke des natürlichen Holz zum Rauchen ist eine einfache Methode Wunderbare Geruchef- fekte zu erzeugen bei allem Methoden der Grillverwendung. Holzchips werden normalerweise zu kürzeren Zeiten von Gerichtvorbereitung, wenn Holzstücke sind für längere Gerichtsvorbereitungen mehr geeignet. Beim Aussuchen des Rauchholz ist der wichtigster Grundsatz die Verwendung von Hartholz aus Obstbäume, aus Bäume die Nüsse tragen, Obst oder Beere. Der meist verwendeter Baum ist Hickorybaum und Mosqiute- Baum. Hickorybaum Liefert einen Zarten Geruch, wo Mosquite einen mehr intensiven. Andere sind – Ahorn, Apfelbaum.
