Introduction
Thank you for choosing the Moya by LANA-
FORM. With its ceramic shell filtering the light
and its natural bamboo base, the Moya essen-
tial oil diffuser combines well-being and qual-
ity. What is more, it assists soothing breathing
through light cycles. The light intensity increas-
es for 5 seconds, then decreases for 5 seconds.
The aim is to synchronise breathing with these
cycles so as to reproduce the "cardiac coherence"
respiration exercise. The aim of this breathing
technique is to regulate the heart rate and the
autonomous nervous system with the aim of re-
laxing and improving the body's functions. Prac-
tised regularly, it brings numerous benefits to
mental, emotional and physical health.
