TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Turn off Bluetooth on your device.
2. Take earbuds out of your case.
3. Press and hold "play/pause" button for 5 seconds on
both earbuds to turn them off.
4. Quick-press "play/pause" button once on both earbuds
to turn them on.
5. Earbuds should automatically go into sync mode once
powered on. LEDs will breathe blue and turn solid blue
for 5 seconds once earbuds are connected to each

NOTE: Phone calls, FaceTime, and Siri are heard only
through 1 earbud (mono). If using your earbuds in stereo,
they will automatically switch to mono once a call is
