Fitting kit
- 4 screws (6×15mm)
- 4 fine nuts (Ø6)
- 2 side panels
- 2 screws (6×20mm)
- 2 plastic spacers
Assembly
- Assemble screen and the two side panels using four 6×15mm screws, four rubber washers and four M6
nuts.
- Remove the headlight, indicators and the 2 screws from upper nose cone.
- Position the nose screen on the headlight and insert the plastic spacers between the brackets supplied
and the original brackets (see photo).
- Replace complete unit on bike and fix it at the lower point with the original screws. Fix at the upper
point using two 6×20mm screws and two 6mm plastic washers. For the nose cone use the two 8×50
screws and insert the metal spacers on both sides (see photo).
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
