Fitting kit
- 2 screws 5x15 big head black
- 2 screws 6x20 big head black
- 1 screw 6x10 big head black
- 2 plastic washers Ø5
Fitting
- Remove reflectors and their supports fitted on the original hugger.
- Remove all screws which keep the hugger in place and the brake hose, then remove the front hugger. Keep the
4 screws of lateral fixings of the original hugger.
- Put the threaded fasteners Ø5 on each side of the cental part
of the Ermax hugger.
- Put the fixing bracket of the brake hose by inserting the screw 6x10 inside the hugger and by coming in one
plastic washer Ø6 between the bracket and the hugger. Then screw the self-locking nut Ø6. The bracket has to
be placed between the plastic washer Ø6 and the self-locking nut.
- 1 self-locking nut Ø6
- 2 threaded fasteners Ø5
- 7 plastic washers Ø6
