2. Safety Instructions/Important Information

General Notes:
- Read the operating instructions before initial operation
- Check the connection cable before installation. Inadequate installation and the resulting damage forfeit the guarantee
- The LCD monitor is not waterproof – only suitable for indoor use
- Never open the camera casing – improper intervention forfeits the guarantee
- Do not cover the ventilation slits on the back of the monitor
- Caution! High voltage in the monitor – only authorised personnel are permitted to open the casing
- Please heed traffic regulations – do not watch the video while driving
- Do not use aggressive chemicals to clean the monitor or camera
Do not use the 2.4 GHz products in the vicinity of sensitive equipment (hospital, aircraft etc.) to avoid causing interfe-
rence and make sure you do not violate the privacy of third parties.
More Important Notes:
- Always heed the laws that are valid in the country where you live.
- Keep small plastic parts away from small children.
- Do not lift the camera or the LCD monitor by the antenna.
- If you use several cameras in the same area then position the cameras in such a way that the radio waves reach the
receiver from different directions.
- Do not use several cameras with the same frequency in the same area as they can cause interference to each other.
