- Unscrew the 2 Phillips screws that keep the mudguard to be detached from the rear lower fairing : pass a
screwdriver through the slot of the 4 screws attaching the mudguard, and then remove the mudguard.

3. Mounting of the plate holder.
- Place the Ø5 plastic washers on the BHc screws Ø5x10. Place the metallic plate holder on the ABS support. Fit the
metallic holder thanks to the BHc screws and the Ø5 Nylock nuts taking care to insert an Ø5 steel washer between
each Nylock nut and the ABS support.
- Mount the blinkers on the metallic holder and pass the wires through the foreseen hole.
- Take the 4 BHc screws Ø6x40, the 4 plastic washers Ø6, the 4 steel washers Ø6, the 4 Nylock nuts Ø6 and the 4
spacers Ø6x17.
Tip : place 2 drops of cyanoacrylate adhesive (super glue®) on each spacer
to paste them into the holes shaft of the plate support :
- Place the ABS support on the motorbike by passing the indicators and the plate lightning's wires through the
foreseen hole. Insert the BHc screws Ø6x40 (with the Ø6 plastic washers) into the fitting holes of the ABS support :
the fitting holes of our holder retake the fixations of the original mudguard. Insert a steel washer Ø6 between each
spacer and Nylock nut Ø6. Tighten the ABS support. If necessary, adjust its location. Do not tighten the fitting
screws more than necessary to avoid damaging the painted part.
- Connect the blinkers and the plate lightning : this requires a lengthening of the wiring.
- Clip again the rear upper fairing (4 screws). Screw again the driver saddle (2 screws) and passenger's one.
- Refit the rear side handles by thinking to place the original spacers.
The whole of parts
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, faithful to ETRTO standards, may be in fact bigger and higher than dimensions engraved on the tyre (until + 10 mm). They are not compatible with undertrays and rear huggers which we made with original tyres
and whose dimensions correspond to these ones engraved on tyre.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
