Notes
Attention:
Danger of injury from sharp edges!
A sharp burr can form on the milling discs during the
milling process. Wear safety gloves!
Injury hazard from heavy machine parts! Do not reach
under the milling rotor when pulling out the milling rotor!
If the free lateral total gap on all cutter rods is greater
than 6 mm per cutter rod, additional spacers need to be
mounted on all cutter rods.
Each cutter rod has to be equipped with the same number
of milling discs and spacers.
Attention:
If the diameter of a cutter rod becomes less than 19 mm,
then all cutter rods need to be renewed.
Attention:
When a bearing bush of the milling rotor has been
knocked out to an oval shape (max. 21 mm), both need to
be replaced.
When a bearing bush of the milling rotor has been ground
through, the milling rotor needs to be replaced.
Set to max. milling depth with adjusting handle.
Distance rotor disc/base 6 mm
Tension the mill belt with the clamping screw
(new: 60Hz/operated: 50Hz or that it can be depressed
approx. 10 mm by applying moderate pressure with a
thumb).
