cinnamon also has a reputation for boosting the
immune system and aiding digestion.
TIPS & TRICKS
The shaker-mill presents an innovative combination
of crush and grind functions. The cinnamon stick is
first crushed by the shaker ball. The small pieces
then go through the mill mechanism to be ground
to a fine powder, so to fully release all the unique
flavors of freshly ground cinnamon.
Only use cinnamon sticks (6CM max – 2IN.)
in the shaker-mill. Use one stick at a time.
Break the stick prior to use if necessary.
The ball shall remain in the shaker.
Do not use your shaker-mill for pepper, salt
or any other spices. Keep away from bright
light and moisture.
CLEANING
In order to enjoy your product for an extended
period of time, only clean the exterior with a soft dry
cloth. Clean the mechanism with a soft clean brush.
Mill should not come in contact with any liquids,
including water and cleaning agents; it is not
dishwasher safe.

in the Franche-Comté.
Your mill comes with a 5-year guarantee
from the date of purchase. Its Peugeot
mechanism has a lifetime guarantee.
These guarantees do not cover normal
wear, accidental damage or any use of the
mill not in accordance with this manual.
The guarantees are void without proof of
purchase (a duly completed guarantee
card or sales receipt or registration on our
