The RZN 43xx-E and NSV 401 communicate using the NM 650 back-up power module.
Yellow LED lights up - collective fault of NSV 401 (LED does not light up if the RZN 43xx-E mains fails)
Green LED lights up - voltage requirement at the output of the NSV 401
